Jonasland's government is mulling the possibility of demolishing the Pickagon, an abandoned construction project east of Pavaria and Exerton.

The site was first occupied around 2024, and was set to be the headquarters of the Jonasland Reformist Movement, a pro-URA party that dominated Jonasland politics for much of that year. The project stalled as the year came to an end, and the dissolution of the JRM in May of 2025 ended all intent of finishing the build.

"It's sat there for a year, and nothing has happened to it," President JVTA told PMI. "Demolishing it will clear the property, allowing new opportunities for the resources and the land. I also think it will be good for the country's appearance; having a giant unfinished wart on your country's map is never a positive thing for a country."

On the Jonasland Discord server, a poll is being taken on whether the country should demolish the structure or consider other options. The poll is not legally binding (like a referendum) and is solely being conducted to gauge public opinion.

This is not the first time Jonasland has debated demolishing an abandoned project. Until its sale to Intamin in 2024, Jonasland debated for quite some time the possibility of demolishing or remodelling the white skyscraper near the country's capital. In 2023, a referendum saw Jonasland's citizens approve of the demolition of a bubble column constructed as part of an abandoned casino project.
