Potato's election campaigns in full swing

Campaigning is up in full force as the first election in the Potato Empire, the date of which is still yet to be announced, approaches.

The two major parties running, Potato Democrats and the United Crop Party, have been putting out advertisements and making campaign promises en masse, in an attempt to gather up voters and take power in the Potato Council.

Both parties have also criticised the smallest of the parties, Commune of Thailand, a far-left communist party, for a lack of campaigning, attempts at bribery, and the fact that two of their three members are ineligible to run in the elections. Commune of Thailand has not responded to these claims.

The main candidates in the election seem to all have some form of connection to other countries. JVTA, leader of the Potato Democrats, is also our president. Meanwhile, RoryRDMB of the United Crop Party is also King Rory I of the Carrot Republic.

The date for the election will be announced in the coming days. Anyone who has citizenship or residency in the Potato Empire, Thailand, or Name Pending will be eligible to vote.
