Commune of Thailand has officially dissolved.
The shock announcement came earlier tonight, when King Tai I, the de jure leader of the party, dissolved the party.
From what PMI understands, CoT's former members have decided to merge into the United Crop Party, run by RoryRDMB, who recently faced criticism from some believing his goals are to merge Potato with the Carrot Republic, his own nation.
With this new information, EntityM becomes the UCP's candidate for Thailand, facing the Potato Democrats' candidate, TheAllSeeingBird. RoryRDMB is also running in Thailand, against PD's JVTA.
Tai provided a short statement to PMI, that read "We are not merged, I think I'm just not with Commune of Thailand. I'm just siding with the crops." RoryRDMB has not yet responded to our request for comment.
JVTA, leader of Potato Democrats, also gave a statement. "This merger is harrowing news, as it means a bigger challenge to our party. However, we remain vigilant despite these setbacks, and we plan to stay active and ready to take on these new threats, and promote democracy, and create a new future, not just now, but forever."
