Damn, does time fly by! Welcome one and all to the second PMI Rundown, published just 32 days after the first one. Let's see the news today.
Server status
The server is working, albeit barely. The TPS and MSPT keep going below acceptable levels, causing lag. It peaked around the afternoon today when the TPS went below 7.9. There have been repeated calls to move hosting to SandwichPress, an idea that TaylorWorld has repeatedly refused.
Major political news
The Second Great Realmplex War has been declared. The Gays, Jonasland, and Maraterria, are fighting against the United Realmplex Alliance (consisting of the constituent members of the Potato Empire, as well as Carrot Republic).
Thailand has been invaded and occupied. Negotiations on the territory will occur tomorrow. TAITHELEGEND is currently banned and cannot do much at this time.
A government-in-exile has been formed, with a base yet to be confirmed. It's leader will be TheAllSeeingBird.
JVTA has been held on trial for leaking messages in a Potato government chat to Jonasland. Ironically, the messages they used to accuse JVTA of the crime were also leaked, by RoryRDMB (who has since been removed by Clamlum from Jonasland's military). No verdict has been reached.
Other political news
Two new factions have been formed. The Kingdom of Aurelia, formed by SandwichPress, and the Kingdom of Maraterria, formed by JVTA.
Business news
JVTA seems keen to form Toyota Realmplex, a server analogue of the real-world Toyota company. This is in response to the Potato Temple's top being changed to read "Toyota Corolla." Toyota Realmplex will be owned by GSC, and will be headed by JVTA. Revden, JVTA's brother, will hold a stake in Toyota Realmplex. The company will produce transport mechanics such as minecarts, horses (nicknamed the "Horselux", in reference to the Hilux), and very soon, redstone-powered machines.
