RBU begins work on refurbishment of Bird Land

The Realmplex Builder's Union has begun its first major refurbishment project in Bird Land.

The RBU was founded by Kaleidico shortly after he joined. The organisation has the aim of "completing build projects on the server quickly and efficiently". The organisation was slow to grow but has since experienced a spike in new members. The RBU also recently invaded and annexed the territory of Sol Corp, a decision disputed by JVTA. In recent months, TaylorWorld offered to give the RBU a creative world to plan out projects.

The organisation recently voted to work on refurbishing Bird Land. Kaleidico was the one who proposed the improvements to Bird Land, having lived in the region amidst a decline in its activity. He noted how the nation was mostly made up of farms and cabins, and was dominated by Dumb_Catz's unfinished glass sphere.

Planning took place over the past month. New additions to Bird Land will include a deepslate fountain in the middle of the town center, balloons flying over the mountain peaks, and a multitude of pathways to promote exploration. These additions are joined by a redesigned glass sphere (renamed the "Sphericle" by McTwoPoint0), an ice boat track, and a large bird cage that will serve as the RBU's headquarters.

As of writing, only the bird cage, the central fountain, and the bird altar on top of the mountain have been built. Construction is expected to last until the end of the holidays (around late January to early February).
