The Third Great Realmplex War began today. It is being fought between the Potato Empire (and its allies) and the JAW alliance (supported by The Ataraxy and the United Serial Alcoholics). The JAW have been seeking to annex territory in the southern parts of the Realmplexia continent in order to start a new nation named Baked Potato.
Fighting began today at around 8:00am NZT. By around 10:00am, Thailand had been captured by JAW forces, with Bird Land and Quartzonia soon following. With URA forces mostly absent, JAW and its allies proceeded around the server, damaging, destroying, and vandalising multiple locations across Potato, including the Potato Bridge, the Rail Bridge in Ravine Town, the Potato Temple, and Potato Resistance. A handful of counterattacks by URA forces have also occurred.
Most events in the war have slowed down as of writing, though it is expected that fighting will continue tomorrow. As of 10:00pm NZT on 22 February 2025, JAW and its allies continue to occupy Thailand, Bird Land, and Quartzonia. Damage has been inflicted upon Wench, Potato Central, and Ravine Town.
