RoryRDMB has been re-elected as moderator, defeating incumbent moderator BasilGaming. He has subsequently become the first moderator to win re-election.
The results of the election were as follows:
Rory held first place throughout all vote counts. McTwoPoint0 came second with 13 votes (originally 8). BasilGaming, the incumbent, came third with 6 votes (originally 4). TrickedPluto736 came fourth with four votes; he was eliminated before Basil because he had fewer third-preference votes. JVTA came fifth.
Rory has subsequently been appointed moderator for a second time.
The next moderator election will be held in six months, unless one is called prior.
