Sea Spray Islands launches radio network

Writer: Jonas AlbertJonas Albert

The Sea Spray Islands now has a radio network.

The station, which goes by the name "SSI Radio", made its first broadcast yesterday, February 11th - the same day as the Sea Spray Islands' independence day. The service is likely an extension of the SSI Herald, the archipelago's local newspaper.

The first broadcast from the station, hosted by McTwoPoint0, was a news report. Featured in the report was a report on yesterday's independence day celebrations.

As well as this, the report featured speculation about PMI, specifically about its PMI Bulletins, which are published whenever a news story does not have enough content to warrant an article. "Could this [the bulletins] perhaps be a sign that Jonas has given up on Realmplex?", McTwoPoint0 stated in the broadcast. He theorised that this would be an opportunity for the RNN - which has not posted since July last year - to 'take over the Realmplex media landscape.'

SSI Radio is now the first operational media outlet to put out audio bulletins. PMI and The Jonasland Tribune have announced plans to launch their own bulletins at later dates.
