The Solron Tower (alternatively known as the Sol Corp Tower), the tallest building on the server, was bombed today by Meese.
The tower was bombed in reaction to the RBU's recent seizure of the tower and their subsequent remodelling. Meese, who first built the tower some years ago, said that JVTA (who Meese gave ownership of the tower to in 2023) was the legitimate owner of the tower, and added that he "[didn't] care what backflips [the RBU] perform to think otherwise." Meese also published a manifesto in which he repeated these claims before listing several "aphorisms".
Following this, Kaleidico and Meese reportedly came to an agreement on how to proceed from here. Meese agreed to allow a complete demolition of the building, provided that its replacement is not derivative of the original building. Meese says he will also fund a memorial to the tower, similar to the one commemorating 9/11 in the real-world city of New York. Meese also stated that "either [JVTA] would have Solcorp, or nobody would have it," effectively meaning that, because of this agreement, JVTA would have to withdraw any remaining claims that they have to Sol Corp.
When asked if they would acknowledge the agreement and withdraw their claims, JVTA told PMI: "The situation is out of my control. I have no say over what happens with Sol Corp going forward. The decision on any remaining claims is with Meese." PMI understands that the Sol Corp government-in-exile, which was operating from Maraterria, has been dissolved.
The tower was occupied by the RBU last month, who reportedly sought to finish construction of the tower (according to the Wiki). The building was subsequently remodelled to resemble the Eye of Sauron from Lord of the Rings. JVTA disputed the occupation with moderation, who asserted that the RBU had the right to control the territory.
No actions have been taken by the moderators.
